How do i know which is the oldest iOS version i can use with XOJO for iPAD ?

iPadOS is brandnew… iOS13… Xojo supports all the way back to iOS10 where there was ONE all encompassing version… AND the best of my knowledge you don’t even have to use “iPADOS” for iPAD apps at all…
