Was it removed with 19r2.1 ?
Because of a change in our UTI support in r2, we had to remove the file extension from the builds folder. It should never have had a document icon anyway.

I do not understand it. To be clear, all I know is
The builds folder in 19r2 had an icon, a wrong icon (no icons in the previous versions).
I am currently with a very slow speed internet and cannot wait many hours to download what I want. And I am curious to know. That is why I asked.
I will try to download 19r2.1 tomorrow (and Catalina, then install it on an external HD for boot).
