Drag & Drop issue Catalina ignored?

I recently filed case 57786, with a drag and drop issue that only appears on Catalina, complete with example how to reproduce it,
yet my case simply was closed yesterday, stating it could not be reproduced.
This bug is preventing me from updating an app that now cannot function on Catalina.
How do I get this case re-opened and why was it closed in the first place?

You make a video with the example ListboxesDragAndDrop and tell the Xojo people that their own example doesn’t work on Catalina. You need to make a new Feedback case.

Open the feedback Beatrix. There is a project there and steps to reproduce. Tim says it is confirmed and asked to reopen.
