Over the years, and now with the release of 2019r2, has the remote debugger stub ever been updated?

I installed this on my win10 machine quite a while back (from 2016 maybe), and just want to know if I need/should install a newer copy or not

Optimally, you should be using the version that came with the IDE you are using. Aside from that I’d say use the newest one you can as we’ve optimized the protocol over the years to make data transmission faster.

Thanks… I didn’t know if things had changed… as the version I have does “work”… but thought there may have been improvements… which you indicate is the case…
