Transfer license possible?

Is the transfer of my Xojo license to another user possible? If so, how I do that?

Edit: I found this blog post: https://blog.xojo.com/2013/07/04/assigning-xojo-licenses-to-your-team/ but I think this only assign the license for the other person to use and not a complete transfer.
