    I see this in 10.14 and 10.15

Is this a concern? Should I use a build script to create an empty Contents/Plugins folder?

Non-fatal error enumerating at <private>, continuing: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=260 "The file “PlugIns” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file." I manually added the Contents/PlugIns folder and it didn't help: I still see the warnings. Since I don't understand this, I decided to revert that change.
