how to resize a WEB listbox?

Hi Guys,
has anyone worked out a way to resize two listboxes which are one on top of the other separated by a line (or anything)

I.e. you click and hold the line and move the mouse up and down and the two list boxes would size themselves as you move the mouse?

Don’t know if it can be done.

ended up using the scroll bar, works quite well.
