We have removed the posts about Normans employment status from the forum as we do not permit discussions of internal matters regarding Xojo, Inc. Normans departure should not be any indication of concerns at Xojo, its a personnel matter.
People come and go at companies all the time. We are fortunate that we have a very, very low turnover rate compared to the rest of the industry, but people do sometimes leave and new people join the team, bringing with them new ideas. We wish the best to everyone that has been part of the team over the years.
