How do I pin working xojo 64bit ubuntu program to the ubuntu launcher? It works in it's build folder, but I can't seem to copy or pin it to the launcher or desktop.
Do I have to create an installer or use apt?
I am too new to Ubuntu and Xojo to know where to start. Can you help?

You need to create an appropriate .desktop file.

See https://www.maketecheasier.com/create-desktop-file-linux/ for a good description of what you need starting at step 5 (I recommend Firefox's "Reader View" to get rd of the click-bait while you review it).
