Shell didn’t do everything I needed, like being able to launch a window hidden and many alternatives were lacking some bits and pieces that I needed, so I created my own, well sort of.
My version does require the MBS Plugins, please use the following link to download:

Please let me know if you see anything obvious that needs adjusting or have ideas to improve this. Really it was written for my use in a particular program, but thought it might be beneficial to others.
