Is xojo cloud 32-bit or 64-bit?

A question that’s pretty useful for developers i think.

Is a xojo cloud deployment 32-bit or 64-bit?
I’d prefer 64-bit but if it’s limoted to 32-bit i’d rather not use it anymore in the future.

If it’s 32-bit only, when will it support 64-bit?

Thanks.

It’s 32-bit at the moment.

I have to ask though… why does it matter? Unless you are one of the very few customers to have > 4GB of RAM on the server, there’s not much advantage.

It’s a Priority.

Because of webfiles (max 25MB per piece) it’s probably best to have a little more memory space.
And the system probably uses RAM too.

And it’s more modern…

None of that matters if you’ve only got 4GB of RAM.

To be fair, you’d have to have an 8GB server because the OS and the web server consume some as well.

I’m not saying that it won’t be done, just that it doesn’t solve the things you’ve stated unless you’ve got a really big server.
