Phoenix, AZ (October 10th 2018) – piDog Software has released version 1.12.4.0 of DataView and piDogScrollingCanvas
piDogDataView, based on piDogScrollingCanvas is intended to be an easy to use, drop-in replacement for Xojo’s Listbox control, providing more capabilities and a more native feel.
The latest release focusses on Mojave Dark mode and Windows appearance and Scrollbars.
Items in this release include:
*Added Mojave and Darkmode methods to aid in custom drawing based on macOS theme and OS version.
* Fixed behavior of date pickers and click away from date picker
* Alternating row colors now look good on Mojave Dark Mode. (Best combination is UsesSystemColors and EnableVibrancy and EnableVibrantHeader)
*Many other improvements for DarkMode and theme switching
*Fixed misc DatePicker bugs including Windows month/year navigation and click-away behavior
*Fixed Scrollbar track drawing issues on Windows
piDogDataView and piDogScrollingCanvas are a package and are available together encrypted for $129 or with source code access for $349. Both licenses include one year of updates from the date of purchase.
