Linking Xojo to xCode

Hi,

I remember some time ago that there was documentation or a video that showed how to setup Xojo so that you could run and build iOS apps but for the life of me I cannot find it on the forum or in the blog or in the docs. Could someone point me in the right direction please. Also is there any info on how to create an app for the iWatch?
