AutoDiscovery Error 19

I have a client app that runs in Linux Mint 18.2 and .3 using AutoDiscovery that will give me an error 19. Any ideas on what error 19 is?

I think error may be No Such Device?

Thanks for the replies. The app was starting immediately upon OS startup and It appears that the OS wasn’t fully initialize yet and didn’t have an IP address. We delayed the startup for a bit and it appears to be fine now.
