Webpage size in execution mode

I’m doing my first web application,
I have a webpage with the following size in design mode:
width 450
Height 450

When I run the application, the webpage is shown as maximized.

How do I make the mode of execution of the webpage show with the initially defined size?

you don’t.

The browser decides what size it uses unless you ask it to make a new window. There (if not blocked) you could wish a new size.

You don’t. The user is in control of his browser.
