Missing VShared_release_x64.dll

After installation of Xojo 2017R3, I got this error message:

The program can’t start because VShared_release_x64.dll is missing
from you computer. Try reinstalling the programm to fix this problem.

Platform: Windows7 Professional 64-Bit (Service Pack 1)

Nevertheless Xojo is starting and working!
Re-install Xojo does not resolve this problem.

Is that not a Valentina .dll?
