Unable to remote debug to Windows 7

I’m strangely not able to remote debug my app to Windows 7

The debugger reports

ListboxShowDropIndicatorGetter was not exported

Then

ListBoxShowDropIndicatorSetter was not exported

Then

Failed to load plugin MBS_ComputerControl_RemoteControl_...

It debugs fine to Windows 8 and 10. The compiled app works fine in Windows 7.

Any ideas out there?
