Failed to locate framework dll

Hello,
im trying to open Xojo but every time i have this problem. I installed it again then I changed the version and it was still the same problem again “Failed to locate framework dll”.
If you can help me I would be grateful.

did you copy Libs folder and DLLs with the app?

Maybe reinstall?

First, make sure your system is up to date.

Please re-download the installer from our website and try installing it again. After it’s done let the installer launch the ide just to make sure it’s working.
