Screen(x) dimension issue with R2

I’m onsite at a client site but wanted to partially document an issue that I’m seeing in 2017 R2. In Windows 10 (64-bit OS but we’re creating a 32-bit app), we detect if a second monitor is attached and, if so, open and set its top/left/width/height properties to the second monitor. This has worked for the entire R1 series.

In R2 this no longer works. It’s as if it doesn’t get the proper dimensions from the screen function. Going back to R1 completely fixes the issue. Hoping to get an example app done today that demonstrates the issue.

Before you leave the site, remember to get the screen resolutions of both monitors and their hidpi scaling (if any) and which is primary / secondary (1/2) in display settings (right click on desktop>Display Settings)

Which monitor the app was launched from.

Where the monitors are in relation to each other.
