Feedback Sign In Failed

Hi,
I got “Feedback Sign In Failed” message when I push the Feedback button on IDE.
Starting from Applications folder or from Launchpad did the same result.
My username and password working on xojo.com and forum.xojo.com too.
My license expired at June 24th, 2015.

Xojo version is 2015 Release 2.4
Feedback version is 2016r1 64-Bit
The system is OS X El Capitan.

To use feedback need a valid license?
Or why I can’t login?

I have the same problem, but I do have an active Xojo Pro License, so I don’t think it has anything to do with that.

Update your version of Feedback to the current one.
(save he previous version first ?)

Did you checked with Xojo 2017r1.1 before writing a bug report ?

How can I get it? It is part of the xojo IDE installer package?

Or, in your current Feedback, isn’t there a command to download the new version ?

My current feedback do nothing but try to login. Then I able to press the quit button.
