Windows 10 Creators Update - Cannot install Feedback

I wish I could add a Feedback case for this…
My computer had to be reinstalled. I started completely fresh with Windows 10 Creators Update and now tried to install Feedback. It fails with this error message:

My previous setup was a Windows Anniversary Update that was updated to Creators Update and I never needed to re-install Feedback.
Xojo 2017r1.1 IDE installed just fine.

Windows 10 64-bit version.
