SSH into Amazon EC2 with PEM file

I have a PEM file that I would like to use to SSH into a linux server. I do have the MBS plugins, but so far I haven’t found a way to SSH into it with a PEM file.

I am open to alternative ways to log in, I have tried looking at Putty on Windows, but the problem is while I can start it, I can’t interact with the shell from my program, which is something that I need to do. Please let me know how I can fix this.

You use recent plugins?
I think the first version had a bug there, but we could login for some servers with later versions.

I use the most recent version, but I can’t login with a PEM file still for some reason.
