Trouble connecting to Cloud

I’m trying to connect to Xojo Cloud through RazorSQL but keep getting this:

ERROR: Error starting SSH Tunnel: PortForwardingL: local port
127.0.0.1:5432 cannot be bound.

Settings availabe for SSH are:
SSH Host = my cloud IP
SSH Port = 22
SSH User = the username the control panel gave me when I turned on PostgreSQL access
SSH Password = the password the control panel gave me
Local Port to Forward = 5432
Remote Database Host = localhost
Remote Database Port = 5432

I must be entering one of those wrong? Advice? Thanks.
