Has some play with RaspiSMS and its API ?

Hi, I use SMS Server Tools in raspberry pi with SIM900D GSM module for sms sending and receiving.
Tryed to look at this RaspiSMS but could not find any english documentation?

this system allows to send sms for free (except the sim card ?) ?
