I want to use gantt chart with grid.
Please can anyone suggest how it would be done ?

One way is to purchase the appropriate license from Monkey Bread Software. Their charting plugin allows for the creation of Gantt charts.

If you have a Windows OS, then Xojo can generate any of the charts that are available with Microsoft Excel. Xojo has a free plugin to have Xojo communicate with Excel.
