After installing xojo on windows 7 I am facing an issue while opening the application. “api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-1-0.dll is missing” and cannot locate framework is showing . Please help me to resolve this issue.

I installed that required 2015 version of visual studio . Still I am facing the issue .
My laptop is running on windows 8 . There xojo is running perfectly .
Uninstall the redistributable
Run ALL Windows updates
And repeat until there are not more updates
Then install the redistributable
Please don’t do step 1 from the link above (don’t install a 3rd party “cleaning” app), the rest of it seems sensible/harmless enough.
