Create plugin

I have created Xojo date-picker web control (calendar-like), and I need it in basically every project I use.
Is there a way to create a plugin (kind of ocx or dll), and if there is a way, please give me some information, how do I create that plugin.

Web Controls and Desktop Controls are completely different.

You can download Plugin SDK and try to build the examples to learn how they work.

Cant find Plugin SDK among downloads.
