Not yet. I filed a feature request back in November
36729 - iOS support for in-app purchase
<https://xojo.com/issue/36729>

It is now 83rd and could use some support. You may want to add to it as well.

No declare has been created AFAIK. It is a shame nobody seems interested. Such a feature could be a good sale as third party tool, like Christian’s StoreKit plugin for OS X Monkeybread Xojo plugin - The plugin part StoreKit

in app purchase is not iAd…

Oops. Read too fast. Same difference, though. Both revenue possibilities are denied to Xojo iOS apps at this moment.

I kinda loathe iAD, though. It is as vulgar and intrusive as can be, usually present in the crappiest apps.

I hope you can tell iAd to make small ads not intrusive.
I want to sell free apps with small iads inside.
so not for now !
any xojo inc member ? when is this planned ?

From what I see they are big, ranging from large banners to full screen.

What about Google Ad? Can we put Google Ad in iOS App?

No. That is only for Android.

Not true. You can use AdMob in iOS: https://www.google.com/admob/

You are right. Sorry. I looked in the Apple iOS developers forum. Seems a few developers have implemented AdMob and their apps are online.

That said, from a quick look at their SDK, it does not seem any simpler than iAd to implement with Xojo iOS.

Even for Xcode users, there are numerous posts in the Apple forum where people are reporting difficulties.

Apple announced the end of iAd for June 2016…
so the question of implementing it in xojo is closed !

I’m just wondering what will happen on the many businesses that rely on iAd income …?

They may yet go for adMob. Or even forge their own deals with companies that want to advertise.

Nothing wrong with adding extra butter on the table for a good, useful well working application. But I am not so sure I will miss half baked, poorly conceived so called free apps which sole purpose is to get eyeballs. I personally do not care about junk mail or infomercials , and this is the programmatic equivalent. The App Store is enough of a mess without that garbage.
