Feedback Fatal Error

Feedback 14r1, cannot open. Upon retrieving folders, I get a fatal error:

Feedback has encountered an error Feedback cannot continue because an unexpected error has occurred. The error information has been saved. Please relaunch Feedback to report the issue.

Hm. Okay, same as mine. I’m working on creating a fresh VM to test on that’s not tied with my engineering account. This may take a few minutes.

Is the Xojo IDE also installed on these machines?

Indeed. I already cleared Feedback’s application data in my library.

@Alex von Siebenthal - Could you try changing your Xojo account password and then try logging into Feedback again?

No luck. It keeps trying to log me in, however no error this time.

No error, totally fine.

I was when the crash happened (proxy @ office). Now being back home, there’s no proxy (changed the proxy settings accordingly).

Works now. Have you changed anything? :slight_smile:
